The Making of an Entrepreneur Pro or NOT

Pandora's Box

Man oh man! What Pandora’s box have I opened? I’ve been out of touch with business for thirty years! How can that be you ask? Well, when you are a dedicated teacher, and spend all your time since graduating high school in a classroom, it is easy.

I recently, in the last year and a half, have ventured outside of my classroom because someone shared something so powerful with me that I had to get involved. I am still teaching full-time, which makes becoming an entrepreneur in this arena challenging.

I am literally reeling with all the: join my social site, be an affiliate for that, get free info here, follow me I’m the mastermind, There will never be a better time, DO it now, cash funnels, too good to be true?, Hurry time is wasting, and Last chance offers hitting my in-box daily since awakening the internet and allowing it into my universe.

Not having been part of corporate America, ever, has been an eye opener for me. Many people ask me, “How do you work with those children day in and day out, year in and year out?” Well, I have to ask a similar question. How do you work with the incredibly frustrating masses that you come into contact with on a daily basis? I never realized people could be, and are, so rude, self-serving, and manipulative. Of course I am not speaking of any of my followers but rather, of those whom I try to educate and SLAM me for my efforts. I guess I have been blessed to have escaped this genre of the population for as long as I have, but now I must move in and among those whom I wish to help. I have supported my community for thirty years. Even when my own family moved away, I stayed in order to help the children and families with special needs. I would never do anything to mar my professional name in the education field yet some people actually think I would try to run a scam on them. I’m afraid I just don’t get it. I’ve even taken extra classes in personality traits and read How to Win Friends and Influence Enemies.

Not having a ‘warm’ market has forced me into Cold calling, approaching strangers, and attempting to ‘BRAND’ myself on the internet through social media and networking sites. Okay, I’m not a financial wizard, a real estate mogul, a retail sales or on-line marketing guru, but I do have true value to offer my clients and I know my product and its service benefits like the back of my hand because I walk the walk.

I have immersed myself in valuable training in order to be an expert in presenting myself and my products available services. I am prepared to teach others how to duplicate the system and create sales for themselves. Bottom line: If you would like to see if I can help you or someone you know contact me for an on-line appointment. The analysis is free. You will only lose about 1 hour of your time but may lose all of your debt as a result of that free analysis. You owe it to yourself and your family to take advantage of my opportunity. If it isn’t right for you, then at least you will have made a friend and we can part on those terms. If it is the answer to your prayers, as it was for me, then we can continue on and build a lasting relationship and celebrate with each other every time we see the power of my product at work for you.

Entrepreneur Pro or Not that is the question. Which one would you rather associate with?

Kimi,

I hear ya. This is the stuff that makes me mad as I'll get out. Too much spam in our e-mail and everywhere else that makes it impossible to find the real valuable stuff that's on the internet. Thanks for posting this.

Once again, you've done a beautiful job of expressing the craziness that many of us are experiencing. It makes me think of the old expression,"Keep your nose to the grindstone!"

Thanks for the support girls. I knew I couldn't be the only one feeling this way.

People will turn around. I remember back in the late 1980's seeing a button in a computer store. I almost bought it to wear to my computer class. It said, "I don't do Windows." Had I known the future I would have borrowed as much money as I could and invested it in Microsoft. It seemed stupid to me. This will not catch on. DOS is better. At some point people will realize that we have something they need. Until then, keep teaching those who will listen. They get the A+

I too believe it is a matter of time Steve. Hopefully people will stumble across me and see the value I have to offer them. I will still be actively pursuing client's as well but only for UFF products and agent opps.

Wow Kimi once again you hit it on the head, anyone trying to better themself and family owe it to themself to take an hour and check out the Money Merge Account program. I am able to help a family member save $210,000 plus and pay two homes off in 20 years verses 30. This programs works and I agree in time people will be checking it out we just have to have faith.

I do a lot of deleting of emails that are unwanted. I find that I can only focus well on a couple things, so that's what I do. Lots of good programs out there, but you can spend an enormous amount of time, when you could be moving forward.

Kimi, Kimi, Kimi, One thing I believe makes it difficult for you is that in your job you are in control all day. When you put on your entrepreneur hat suddenly you are no longer in control. Take that and add it to what you said about people being rude, self serving etc. etc. is you doing a 180 but there is hope. I think it's called adapt and adjust or something like that. The more you do it the easier it gets. I have seen a side of people I had never seen before. I've been in various types of sales for a long time and I've never seen the side of people I see from many when you present such a quality product that could do so much for them. It truly is like being in the boat with a load of life preservers and having those treading water tell you to leave them alone, they will be fine. Who knew people were so closed minded. But, there are some, like I was, who believe most anything is possibe and will take the life preserver in order to simply move on. I do believe in what Steve said and I look forward to that day when people "get it" and get on board to their bright new debt free future.

Hey Kimi, You have said a mouthful. I have come out of an industry where I sold church supplies to Altar Guild women, Pastors and Priests for the past 15 years. I venture to say, patience in abundance. Good hub, thanks. Warmly, Jan

I guess I have to work on being more patient with those whom I believed to have a good head on their shoulders. Thanks for all the input.
