Post Presidential Election Facts and Figures
64A Lesson in Responsible Journalism
The following false facts and figures as supposedly outlined by Professor Joseph Olson of Hemline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota were recently shared with me and I was compelled to post them here to submit to my viewers. I was curious to know how others feel about this prediction being circulated at this time of the Presidential inauguration.
Well, I was educated this evening by a caring 'family' member, who gave me sage advice. These are nothing more than old, recirculated skewed views, used as scare tactics as is made evidence by an article that can be found at snopes.com/politics/ballot/athenian.asp. I have learned my lesson well and will remember my journalistic duty to research content that I wish to refer to in the future. I have deleted the content as I do not wish to be a party to spreading falsehoods about anything governmental in nature.
I usually never speak of politics much less share my own political views. It didn't really feel right while writing it and I should have listened to my inner voice. Thank goodness there are some individuals in my life that truly cared enough to show me the error of my message and I am thankful that they contacted me as quickly as they did so this HUB would not remain published with its original content. In fact it was unfortunately 'out there' for about 2 hours before I was able to withdraw it and edit it. I humbly apologize if I have offended anyone who may have stumbled across this or as a direct request by me to visit this HUB or mislead anyone through my lack of due diligence.
When I referred to a caring 'family' member I was referring to one of my United First Financial business associates. In an effort to support my writing she was drawn to my HUB page but was sorely disappointed in what she read. Her constructive criticism will be forever appreciated by me as I believe she has saved me a great deal of angst. That is just another reason why I am proud to be affiliated with this company. Every experience I have had through my affiliation thus far has caused me to be uplifted morally, spiritually, educationally, as well as financially. That's why my recent adopted mantra is "The better it gets, the better it gets, the better it gets."
United First Financial has provided a truly fantastic product to homeowners over the last few years. The Money Merge Account system helps people pay off their mortgage in 1/2 to 1/3 the regular time and has multiple benefits for the homeowner.
Next, they went on to develop a product that would allow consumers to also be able to cancel there debt in an accelerated time period. How great is that!
Now, the newest addition to the product line is an all in one product called Bizpack that manages communication flow through an events calendar and on-line web based contact management and tracking system, provides monthly personal developement training with motivation through periodicals and information from cutting edge leaders for employer and employee alike, and an on-line tax tracking analysis tool that calculates tax savings from any computer with high speed internet access. The integration of these features are awesome for the small business owner and home-based business entrepreneur. This is in a pre-launch phase currently being made available through United First Financial. This system will go live on March 16, 2009. It is a very powerful tool with residual income capabilities as well for those who would like to avail themselves of the agent opportunity.
I am a proud independent agent, who counts myself lucky being able to offer these services to Americans and Canadians. I am also able to exercise my options and choose to continue to handle my business and finances the way I had in the past or move into the next phase equipped with the tools to get the job done, knowing that I have the best business and financial management tools available on the market today with safe and secure on-line storage of my documents and fantastic support. You too have freedom of choice. Will you choose to give your hard earned dollars to the lending agencies like you have up til now or will you choose to take control of your life, invest in yourself, and investigate the opportunities that are presented to you that could change your financial landscape and lead to a debt free life for you and possibly generations to come? Let me help you secure your optimum plan for your future financial success and help you realize your goals and dreams. You may contact me at http://www.teachingdebtfreedom.com

Your humble apology is appropriate and applauded. If only everyone would admit their mistakes. Another great site is truthorfiction.com. I have stopped many email rumors while checking out the truth. But I have let some slip though. It's not good to believe everything you hear. It's not good to doubt everything either. Balance is important.
Your humble apology is heart warming Kimi. It is not easy to say I made a mistake but it happens to us all. The unique thing is that one admits it goes on that to me means so much more towards that person. Their sense of caring and inter peace that we all need is what a person gains when we admit our mistakes. You shine more now than ever. Your an awesome lady and I am proud to be your friend and have you working with me at United First Financial.
Well done Kimi. It's very noble of you to realize your mistake and retract your previous post. That being said, I agree with you that each and every one of us, as Americans, need to stop waiting for the government to "bail us out" of our problems. Each of us needs to realize our own unique situation, and develop a plan to right our own ship.
That's exactly where the Money Merge Account works best. Like you said, United First Financial is a company that cares about people. That's whay they've spent Millions of dollars and many years working at developing their fantastic debt elimination system. Each and every one of us who work for U1st has one goal in mind: To help as many people free themselves from the bondage of debt.
Contact Kimi today and let her show you how soon the Money Merge Account can set you free, and begin a life of financial prosperity!
Hi Kimi,
I read your post last night and though I questioned the veracity of the statistics - seemed like it was election time again and someone raining dirt on another candidate - I didn't have time to respond. Anyway, I now read your post and the snopes.com article, which puts an entirely different light on the subject. What Alexander Tyler said about the history of the "world's greatest civilizations" in 1776 can be said about America today. America has certainly gotten to the stage of "from abundance to complacency" today. Now we will see if the Obama presidency and the deteriorating economic events happening today, will wake up America to what we once were and can be again - a great, compassionate, vibrant America or will we go the way of the Roman Empire and other great civilizations.
Well-written post, once again, Kimi.
Well written hub, Kimi. We all make mistakes. It's so nice that we have formed these friendships where we help and trust one another. You're such an inspiration to us all.
Kimi, it's great to be able to judge one's self and acknowledge the truth, whatever that might be. I didn't see the original post, but I appreciate your honesty and sincerity.
It's great to meet so many sincere folks in the UFirst family, like you, that truly want to help people toward debt freedom.
Keep up the great work!
Hi Kimi,
I am proud of you, and glad to be with you in UFirst. I just hope we get to meet face-to-face one day. As you can see from people's responses, you gain more from admitting what happened and what you discovered (and we have all been there), than if you tried to cover it up. Amazing how that works. Just sharing your humanity and being authentic is VERY APPEALING! Thank you!
hmmm ... wish some of our politicians would understand that! :) Think about it ... Nixon would have never had to resign. Ahhh ... food for thoughts.
Hi Kimi
I also did not read the post you are speaking about in this post, but I do know that speaking the truth and admitting our mistakes is always the best policy.
Your integrity will be rewarded because of the law of cause and effect.
UFirst is awesome and so are the agents involved in sharing it's greatness.
Hi Kimi,
I found your comments, on Mr Brian Gosur's, blog;

Thanks.

Not to worry. It happens to all of us sooner or later. How many times have all of us forwarded an email that turned out to be bogus information. Plus, most are aware of where the majority of dem votes come from. Very well written.
